Stroller Strides is a total fitness program that Moms can do with their babies, toddlers and stroller-age children. The workout includes intervals of cardiovascular exercise and strength training in a hour long class. We use exercise tubing, dumbbells, the stroller and the environment to get a full body workout. Body Back Transformation
Body Back® is a results-based program designed specifically for moms to focus their health and well-being. The program is a winning combination of targeted exercise, nutrition, coaching and support designed to help you make amazing changes in your body. Each session lasts 8 weeks and includes before & after assessments, 2 exercise classes per week, meal plans and food journals.more

By joining our Mom's Club, you will not only enjoy fun and playful activities with your child, but will build a tight community of like minded moms to share advice, tips and most importantly laughter. In addition to playgroups we also plan Mom's Nights Out every month too.
